The purpose of this feedback is to gather information that will ensure the Bookshop services provided by QUT suit the needs of its clients.

Please consider the following questions and indicate your level of satisfaction with the service provided by the bookshop.

Do you access the bookshop website for information (e.g. trading hours, contacts, Top 10 sellers, promotions/competitions)?


Do you utilise the Booklist in Student profile for your text list (students only)?


Have you used the secure on-line shopping facilities available through the Booklist section of your Student Profile?


Do you utilise the free postage or courier delivery (within Australia only) service offered for orders placed on-line or faxed during the fixed 4-5 week period prior to start of Semester 1 and 2?



Are the hours of operation sufficient (NB Trading hours are listed on the bookshop website)?

During peak trading (weeks 1 & 2 of semester)
